Low fat cooking spray
500g vegan sausages
1 onion cut into wedges
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 coxs eating apples
4-5 sage leaves
Preheat oven to gas mark 6. Put the sausages in a Roasting tin along with onion wedges roast and spray liberally with low fat cooking spray bake for 20 mins.
Mix together the mustard and maple syrup. Take the roasting tin out of the oven add the apple and sage, pour oven the maple syrup mix and spray again low fat cooking spray.
Return to the oven and cook for another 20 mins. Serve with mash and sautéed/ griddled cabbage
