  1. Hi, great blog. Like you I have followed slimming world and found it to be brilliant. I fell off the wagon spectacularly last year with it and have found myself on the road to over eating again. I love to cook and found that slimming world did not stop me from doing what I love, if anything it encouraged me. I am planning on starting the plan again to get back in shape soon and I will be blogging along the way. Take a look

    • Thanks for your comment, it is hard to stay on wagon all the time, ive been up and down in weight and definatley took the scenic route for my weightloss so far, you have a great blog!

  2. I am a fatty and need to eat lots of slimming foods, but they are nasty and I usually get all fatty again cause I can’t stand eating them. So I need lots of these Yom num recipes asap before I need my own zip code. 😉
