I made this last night using Quorn and alpro Soy Yogurt.
2 white onions sliced
4 large cloves garlic
1 thumb size amount of ginger grated
1 green chilli
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chilli powder
about a tablespoon of coriander
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 400g can of chopped tomato
and about 4 tablespoons of soya yog
I also added a squeeze of lime juice at the end.
This sauce was very easy to make and very tasty.
